The company behind Viagra claims to have created a drug which can increase female sexual arousal.
Sexual dysfunction can affect up to a staggering 40 percent of women
but due to the complex nature of the condition, scientists have been
unable to find an effective Viagra equivalent for the fairer sex.
Now Pfizer, which makes the blockbuster male impotence drug, has
published details of research that could lead to a new drug to increase
arousal in women.
In animal tests, the drug, which is currently called UK-414,495
was found to increase the blood flow to the genitals, in a similar way
to Viagra
